Abstract

Five phenanthrene and two dihydrophenanthrene derivatives were isolated from the diethyl ether extract of fresh rhizomes of (L.), among them a phenanthrentriol reported for the first time from Dioscoreaceae family and two dihydrophenanthrene derivatives and reported also for the first time from species. The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated using UV, IR, 1D-, 2D-NMR, and MS techniques. The anticholinesterase activity of extracts and four compounds was evaluated for the first time against acetylcholinesterase (AChE), and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) enzymes using Ellman method. Moreover, the antioxidant activity of extracts and three compounds has been investigated using DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS cation radical decolorization, CUPRAC, reducing power and β-carotene bleaching assays.

从新鲜的盾叶薯蓣(L.)根茎的乙醚提取物中分离得到了 5 种菲和 2 种二氢菲衍生物,其中一种菲三醇为薯蓣科首次报道,两种二氢菲衍生物 和 也为盾叶薯蓣属首次报道。采用 UV、IR、1D-NMR、2D-NMR 和 MS 技术对分离得到的化合物进行了结构鉴定。首次采用 Ellman 法评价了提取物和 4 种化合物对乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和丁酰胆碱酯酶(BChE)的抑制活性。此外,还采用 DPPH 自由基清除、ABTS 阳离子自由基褪色、CUPRAC、还原能力和 β-胡萝卜素漂白测定法研究了提取物和 3 种化合物的抗氧化活性。
