Abstract

The mercury-loving unit aminothiourea was introduced into the xanthene fluorophore to synthesized the probe molecule NXH. NXH has a specific response to Hg, and with the addition of (0 ~ 50 µM) Hg, the fluorescence intensity of the probe solution was quenched from 2352 a.u. to about 308 a.u. NXH exhibited excellent detection performance of high sensitivity (LOD = 96.3 nM), real-time response (105 s), wide pH range (2.1 ~ 9.3), and strong anti-interference ability for Hg. At the same time, NXH has wide range of applications for Hg detection, which can fluorescence imaging of Hg in Hela cells and tea samples, and can also be made into Hg detection test paper.

将亲汞单元氨基硫脲引入呫吨荧光团中,合成了探针分子NXH。NXH对Hg有特异性响应,加入(0 ~ 50 μM)Hg后,探针溶液的荧光强度从2352 a.u.猝灭至约308 a.u.。NXH表现出高灵敏度(LOD = 96.3 nM)、实时响应(105 s)、宽pH范围(2.1 ~ 9.3)以及对Hg的强抗干扰能力等优异的检测性能。同时,NXH在Hg检测方面具有广泛的应用,可对HeLa细胞和茶叶样品中的Hg进行荧光成像,还可制成Hg检测试纸。
