This experiment was conducted in the poultry field of the Department of Animal Production, College of Agriculture, Al-Qasim Green University in order to assess the effect of adding different levels of seeds to the diet on the immune response and microbial composition of the gastrointestinal tract of broiler chickens. This study was performed on 180 one-day-old unsexed broiler chickens (Ross 380) which were randomly divided into four treatments, with 45 birds per treatment and 3 replicates in each treatment (15 birds per replicate). The treatments were conducted as follows: First treatment (control) without the addition of seeds to the diet, second treatment: the addition of 5g/kg seeds, third treatment: the addition of 10g/kg seeds, and treatment Fourth: the addition of 15g/kg seeds. The experiment included the following traits: antibody titer against Newcastle disease, investigating sensitivity against Newcastle disease, the relative weight of bursa of Fabricius, bursa of Fabricius index, as well as estimating the total number of bacteria, bacteria, and bacteria. The results indicated that the addition of seeds led to significant improvement in cellular immunity (DHT) and antibody titer against Newcastle disease (ELISA), as well as significant improvement in the relative weight of bursa of Fabricius and bursa of Fabricius index, a significant decrease in the logarithmic number of total aerobic bacteria and bacteria, as well as a significant increase in the logarithmic number of bacteria in the Duodenum contents for the small intestine and the Ceca, compared to the control treatment. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the addition of seeds to the diet can improve the immune traits and microbial compositions of the digestive tract of broiler chickens.
本实验在 Al-Qasim Green 大学农学院动物生产系家禽养殖场进行,旨在评估日粮中添加不同水平的种子对肉鸡免疫反应和胃肠道微生物组成的影响。本研究选用 180 只 1 日龄未分雌雄的 Ross 380 肉鸡,随机分为 4 个处理,每个处理 45 只鸡,每个处理 3 个重复(每个重复 15 只鸡)。处理方法如下:第一处理(对照)日粮不添加种子,第二处理:添加 5g/kg 种子,第三处理:添加 10g/kg 种子,第四处理:添加 15g/kg 种子。实验包括以下指标:抗新城疫抗体效价、新城疫攻毒敏感性、法氏囊相对重量、法氏囊指数以及估计总菌数、菌和菌。结果表明,添加种子可显著提高细胞免疫(DHT)和抗新城疫抗体效价(ELISA),显著提高法氏囊相对重量和法氏囊指数,显著降低总需氧菌和菌的对数数量,显著增加十二指肠和盲肠内容物中菌的对数数量,与对照组相比。基于获得的结果,可以得出结论,日粮中添加种子可以改善肉鸡的免疫特性和肠道微生物组成。
