Abstract

L., a common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with a centuries-old medicinal history, owned various medicinal parts like Mori folium, Mori ramulus, Mori cortex and Mori fructus. Different medical parts exhibit distinct modern pharmacological effects. Mori folium exhibited analgesic, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic action and lipid-regulation effects. Mori ramulus owned anti-bacterial, anti-asthmatic and diuretic activities. Mori cortex showed counteraction action of pain, inflammatory, bacterial, and platelet aggregation. Mori fructus could decompose fat, lower blood lipids and prevent vascular sclerosis. The main chemical components in L. covered flavonoids, phenolic compounds, alkaloids, and amino acids. This article comprehensively analyzed the recent literature related to chemical components and pharmacological actions of L., summarizing 198 of ingredients and described the modern activities of different extracts and the bioactive constituents in the four parts from L. These results fully demonstrated the medicinal value of L., provided valuable references for further comprehensive development, and layed the foundation for the utilization of L.

桑,一种有着数百年药用历史的常见传统中药,有多种药用部位,如桑叶、桑枝、桑白皮和桑椹。不同的药用部位表现出不同的现代药理作用。桑叶具有镇痛、抗炎、降血糖作用和脂质调节作用。桑枝具有抗菌、抗哮喘和利尿活性。桑白皮表现出对疼痛、炎症、细菌和血小板聚集的对抗作用。桑椹能分解脂肪、降低血脂并预防血管硬化。桑的主要化学成分包括黄酮类、酚类化合物、生物碱和氨基酸。本文全面分析了近期与桑的化学成分和药理作用相关的文献,总结了198种成分,并描述了桑不同提取物的现代活性以及桑四个部位中的生物活性成分。这些结果充分证明了桑的药用价值,为进一步的综合开发提供了有价值的参考,并为桑的利用奠定了基础。
