Abstract

A novel protocol has been devised for the -C-H hydroxylation of benzaldehydes. Directed by a transient imine group, the borylation of benzaldehydes, sequentially followed by the hydroxylation, furnishes diverse salicylaldehydes in a one-pot manner. The resultant salicylaldehydes could be readily applied in the downstream synthesis to produce bioactive molecules.

已设计出一种用于苯甲醛-C-H羟基化的新方案。在瞬态亚胺基团的导向下,苯甲醛先进行硼氢化反应,随后进行羟基化反应,以一锅法提供多种水杨醛。所得的水杨醛可很容易地应用于下游合成以生产生物活性分子。
