Abstract
The safety of the utilization of methicillin-susceptible (MSSA)-targeted therapy for the treatment of MSSA bloodstream infections in the setting of neutropenia is not well studied. This single-center, retrospective cohort study of 40 patients found no significant difference in clinical outcomes between broad-spectrum anti-Pseudomonal and MSSA-targeted beta-lactam therapy.
摘要
针对中性粒细胞减少症患者中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MSSA）血流感染采用MSSA靶向治疗的安全性尚未得到充分研究。这项对40例患者进行的单中心回顾性队列研究发现，广谱抗假单胞菌治疗与MSSA靶向β-内酰胺治疗的临床结局无显著差异。
