Abstract

The tissue sparing of ultra-high dose rate irradiation has been partially observed while controlling oxygen levels. Here, we developed a hypoxia system for high-throughput irradiations that accommodates embedded 3D cultures, such as organoids and spheroids, enabling the study of the effect of oxygen on radiation responses.
