The aim of the study was to evaluate the usefulness of hydrophilic base with pilocarpine hydrochloride. Comparisons were made between releasing rate of pilocarpine hydrochloride from hydrophilic and lipophilic bases into water and artificial tears. It was found that pilocarpine hydrochloride was released in the amount 30-40 times greater from hydrogel bases compared to lipophilic. The releasing rate of drugs from hydrogel ointments increases with the increased colloid concentration and with decreased of drug concentration in the base.
本研究的目的是评估含盐酸毛果芸香碱的亲水基质的效用。对盐酸毛果芸香碱从亲水基质和疏水基质在水和人工泪液中的释放速率进行了比较。结果发现,与疏水基质相比,盐酸毛果芸香碱从水凝胶基质中的释放量要大30 - 40倍。水凝胶软膏中药物的释放速率随着胶体浓度的增加和基质中药物浓度的降低而增加。
