Abstract

A lysozyme (Lys)-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation technique was designed to synthesize MoS nanosheets (MoS -Lys NSs). As a novel nanozyme antibacterial agent with high peroxidase-like catalyst activity, MoS -Lys NSs showed good antibacterial efficacy against both Gram-negative ampicillin-resistant Escherichia coli (Amp E. coli) and Gram-positive Bacillus subtilis. A possible antibacterial mechanism is also proposed. This work provides an effective antibacterial strategy based on the MoS -Lys NSs antibacterial agent.

设计了一种溶菌酶(Lys)辅助的液相剥离技术来合成 MoS 纳米片(MoS-Lys NSs)。作为一种具有高过氧化物酶样催化活性的新型纳米酶抗菌剂,MoS-Lys NSs 对革兰氏阴性氨苄青霉素耐药大肠杆菌(Amp E. coli)和革兰氏阳性枯草芽孢杆菌均表现出良好的抗菌效果。还提出了一种可能的抗菌机制。这项工作为基于 MoS-Lys NSs 抗菌剂的有效抗菌策略提供了依据。
