Abstract

Benzo[]isothiazol-3(2)-one and benzo[][1,3]thiazin-4-one derivatives, as significant sulfur- and nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, are prevalent in natural products, pharmaceuticals, and food items. In recent years, a variety of innovative synthetic methodologies for these compounds have been developed. In this review, we will comprehensively introduce the major advances in the synthesis of benzo[]isothiazol-3(2)-one and benzo[][1,3]thiazin-4-one derivatives via both intramolecular and intermolecular pathways from 2012 to the present.

苯并[][1,3]异噻唑-3(2)-酮和苯并[][1,3]噻嗪-4-酮衍生物作为重要的含硫和含氮杂环化合物,广泛存在于天然产物、药物和食品中。近年来,已开发出多种用于这些化合物的创新合成方法。在本综述中,我们将全面介绍2012年至今通过分子内和分子间途径合成苯并[][1,3]异噻唑-3(2)-酮和苯并[][1,3]噻嗪-4-酮衍生物的主要进展。
