Abstract

Stephanie brachyandra Diels 1910, a medicinal plant endemic to Vietnam, is threatened by overexploitation due to its high economic value and limited distribution. Here, we report its complete chloroplast genome (157,760 bp), including 130 genes. Phylogenetic analysis shows a close relationship with S. cephalantha, S. yunnanensis, and S. epigaea. This first cp genome offers a key resource for conservation, genetic diversity studies, and evolutionary research.

长柱千斤拔(Stephanie brachyandra Diels,1910)是越南特有的一种药用植物,因其经济价值高且分布有限,正受到过度开发的威胁。在此,我们报道了其完整的叶绿体基因组(157,760 bp),包含130个基因。系统发育分析表明,它与头花千斤拔(S. cephalantha)、云南千斤拔(S. yunnanensis)和矮千斤拔(S. epigaea)关系密切。这个首个叶绿体基因组为保护、遗传多样性研究和进化研究提供了关键资源。
