A unique characteristic of probiotics is obesity and fatty liver control. In this study, the effect of lactic-acid-bacteria (LABs) isolated from dairy products was investigated on weight changes, blood biochemical indexes and liver tissue in mice fed a high-fat diet.
A total of 49 rats were assigned to 7 groups. The LAB-treated groups received the high-cholesterol diet supplemented with , and isolated from yogurt. At the end of 4 weeks, body weight changes, lipid factors and liver enzymes as well as liver lipid deposition and adipocyte size were measured.
Serum low-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, triglyceride levels and hepatic lipid deposition were significantly decreased in rats treated with LABs. The maximum and minimum weights were observed in the first and fourth weeks after treating with and isolates, respectively. Liver enzymes were significantly decreased by LABs, especially in the group receiving concomitant administration of and . Fatty liver process was reduced in the fat-fed group treated with
LABs caused decreases in body weight gain, liver function, and adipocyte size. Therefore, coadministration of and in dairy products can significantly decrease lipid profile.
益生菌的一个独特特性是对肥胖和脂肪肝有控制作用。在本研究中,研究了从乳制品中分离出的乳酸菌(LABs)对高脂饮食喂养小鼠的体重变化、血液生化指标和肝脏组织的影响。
总共49只大鼠被分为7组。LAB处理组接受添加了从酸奶中分离出的[具体菌株未给出]和[具体菌株未给出]的高胆固醇饮食。4周结束时,测量体重变化、脂质因子和肝酶以及肝脏脂质沉积和脂肪细胞大小。
