Abstract

In this paper, the novel fluorescence probe XP based on Schiff-base was designed, synthesized and characterized, which could detect Yselectively and sensitively. The recognition mechanism of XP toward Y was studied by Job's plot and HRMS. It was investigated that stoichiometric ratio of the probe XP conjugated with Y was 1:2. And the detection limit was calculated as 0.30 μM. In addition, Y was recognized by the test paper made from XP. And the probe XP could detect  Y selectively in Caenorhabditis elegans and the main organs of mice. Thus, XP was considered to have some potential for application in bioimaging.

本文设计、合成并表征了基于席夫碱的新型荧光探针XP,其能够选择性、灵敏地检测Y。通过Job曲线和高分辨质谱研究了XP对Y的识别机理。研究发现探针XP与Y的化学计量比为1:2,计算得出检测限为0.30 μM。此外,由XP制成的试纸能够识别Y。并且探针XP能够在秀丽隐杆线虫和小鼠的主要器官中选择性地检测Y。因此,XP被认为在生物成像方面具有一定的应用潜力。
